Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, after which we retain only what is needed to honor your request.

United States. Residents of certain states, including California, have specific rights regarding access, correction, deletion, and the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. You will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

Canada. We handle personal information consistent with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You may access your personal information and challenge its accuracy by contacting us at the address above.

Puerto Rico. Puerto Rico residents are covered by the same rights and processes described in the United States section.

10. Where Your Information Is Processed

Edwards Garment is based in the United States. If you contact us from Canada or elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
